LOL, I wonder how the IT industry in owino is doing these days? :) Jokes aside though. My guess is the litigation culture in the us forces suppliers to limit the false advertizing and deceptive practices to a minimum. I think a funny recent one was Nestle getting sued for 'fake bottled water'
