I think they shouldn't. Show interest, determine that you have the basics, and if you dont, prove that you have the spirit.
it aint gonna come on a silver plata; but i have seen it over and over, it the guys who show interest - from within the guys with the best potential are picked. Not the guys who are full of fear!
