I am not sure about how far you know the backbone of the network that you use. However, I have been skeptical of Uganda’s LTE networks. I got compelled to write this.
How far are Ugandan 4G networks “4G”? <http://www.samagona.org/?p=428> After your read: 1. Try hard to know whether you are using 3G or 4G 2. Try hard and know what speeds you attain 3. Try hard and know the quality and capabilities of your CPE 4. Lastly, you should try know how much basic coverage we have in this country, vis-a-viz how much telecoms claim to pump into their network segments in and around Kampala.
