I do, but I admit I have a tuner (a programmable Korg MT-1200) when things get a bit difficult or noisy in orchestras or when wierd temperaments are needed. Though ever since I've changed to all gut, I use it less and less. Somehow, tuning gut strings is much easier than tuning any of the synthetic strings I've used before.
