Oh, one more thing about nylgut.... If you keep a spare topstring in your case for the enevitable breakage, don't choose nylgut if the situation is critical. Make it real gut if possible. Synthetics take much longer to stabilize. You might get away w/ a nylgut if you have an hour lead time but not halfway into the show.
