This is probably the 1988 reprint that was done, legally or otherwise, by some company in the Netherlands, I think. If you check the ABEBOOKS data base, http://www.abebooks.com/ you will see that copies of the 1954 edition go for around $350.-, copies of the 1972 reprint go for around $150.- and copies of the 1988 reprint indeed are much cheaper. I hate to think what a copy of the original 1914 first edition would go for. In any case, I got a xerox of it many years ago, courtesy of Robert Sepncer. My two copies are one of the 1954, signed and numbered by Bone, dedicated to someone in Nova Scotia I never heard of, and the one I might be selling is the 1972 reprint.
