Not quite true. For example; in the 1954 version, Bone, on the second page of the book, gives details about Rafael Adame and his 1933 Concierto, with a precise location of the manuscript at the Fleischer Collection at the Free Library in Philadelphia. That is how I found this score which brought about my article on the First Guitar Concerto of the 20th century, and eventually, the publication of this incredible music. On reading Bone, one has to think in terms of _his_ time, and then it is possible, even without precise bibliographical citations, to find exactly that which he was talking about.
