Hi Martin,
I am not too much into the scientific details of it, but just wanted to
thank you for the great collection on your site.
It gave me an afternoon of joy playing it in my garden.
Thank you and a
happy Easter to all of you

Hi All,
I got my first lute in the early part of 1979, so it is exactly 30
years since I started this journey. One of my first trips was to the
University library to take out Arthur Ness' edition of Francesco da
Milano, a composer who has been an inspiration to me all these years.
So I thought I would create a web page dedicated to Francesco. It's
now up and running at:
www.luteshop.co.uk/fdam/fdam.html
I have included some related music from the Siena lute book and some
of the Matelart duets as well - if you scroll right down to the bottom
you can even find a duet by Stewart McCoy and another one by yours truly!
This is only a beginning. Please let me know if there are any broken
links, and also make suggestions, especially for the bibliography and
discography. At the moment there are placeholders for pieces which
will appear in due course but all the underlined blue links should
deliver tablature, a score or an MP3 file.
All feedback welcome.
Best wishes,
Martin
