Hi Arthur! Bob Spencer is sorely missed, I remember his speech in Utrecht to be very entertaining, He was a bit harsh on Minkoff and he was quite right, especially about the Gallot Facsimile (reversal of recto and verso so all pieces had a page turn, making it a very unpractical edition from a player's point of view). I also remember your very interesting speech about intavolations, comparing different versions of Douce Memoire. I have very fond memories of this Symposium, almost everyone of importance to the lute scene seemed to be there. Those were the days weren't they?
