A couple of other things I’d like to add to my earlier comments… I think Francesco has done a fine job with the Windows version, and software running in emulation will almost never be as seamless an experience as an application running in its native environment. Fronimo in OS X can run using Wine, but it will always be a compromise, compared to the experience of running it within Windows. If I were using Fronimo’s advanced features more often than I do presently, I would opt for either a physical or virtual Windows system.
Also, to ride on the coattails of Guy’s comments, ported applications often have functionality and user experience issues that are hard to overcome. I’ve seen very few that were as pleasing to use in their ported environment as they were in their original version.
