I have been evaluating Dolibarr recently. (GPL3) Its PHP and as I believed was actually distributed by the French Gov to small business in that country. Its install easily and not as heavy as SQL ledger/ledgerSMB. It does invoicing.
The user interface may seem a bit unusual to some. www.dolibarr.org. If anyone else is using it or has some experience I would like your comment please. If I have time, I would like to "Australianise" it further. Cheers Daniel.
