As LUV is a LA subcommittee it doesn't provide much benefit to have a LUV list

The LUV list server is essentially unmaintained. I run the LUV VM and keep
all the software up to date with security fixes etc but have no interest in
doing Mailman stuff.

It wouldn't be particularly difficult to get the LA server running lists for
LUV as there are really only 3 lists in use. The user lists could be exported
and imported into the LA server and this would be an easy way of getting a
fully functional list server without needing to get a volunteer to do things
which seems unlikely to ever happen.

Sounds good to me.
