Personally, I agree with you. The only thing that xterm could not/can not do in 
my mind is transparent/translucent background. Everything else is the same. For 
that, I guess there is aterm?

Btw, I have never used wterm and it does not exist on the Fedora repos. Did not 
know that it was less of a resource hog than even good old xterm.

Another thing about xterm: it is now in version 261! I always find that very 
cool....
