http://buildbot.lxde.bsnet.se/builders/LXDE-lxpanel/builds/95 has all the 
other steps listed.

Every build is done in a temporary directory cloned from origin/master at 
build time.
Thus; autogen is executed every time.
configure is executed with --enable-man.
The last step (that failed) is "make" with no options.
