    I think the best way to do it is to make some contour around the
widget which got the focus. I have no idea how to implement that though.
And that rounding should be done by panel, since panel knows which of
plugins have focus currently and can do anything with child widgets.

    It's not too much complicated at least. The GNOME documentation site
has a guide on accessibility and also I've studied the GTK sources. Any
custom made widget just should have some kind of mirror widget to "draw"
itself to ATK. And also any (standard or custom) widget should have some
description to identify itself to ATK.

    Actually libfm-gtk 1.2 (in GIT master) is fully accessible (therefore
pcmanfm main window is as well). When I finish my work on it, I'll go for
pcmanfm as well, making the desktop be accessible too. It's why I asked
those who cannot effort switching to Qt environment right now to have a
little patience. And you know, I cannot work on pcmanfm-qt to make it the
same in features as pcmanfm-gtk is, just because I cannot work on both of
them and I have to learn Qt first but if I stop my work on libfm-gtk but
start learn the Qt then that work will be delayed too much to call it any
reasonable, therefore I still work on libfm-gtk then pcmanfm-gtk. And I
don't have any spare time nor willing to change my environment to Qt yet
but Gtk with few Qt applications satisfies me perfectly.
