Actually that loop may not be necessary. In razor-session-config you could
check a flag 'wait for systemtray to be ready' on each module, because we
had seen some problems when modules started before the system tray. There
was a thread on razor-qt mailing list, and I think the conclusion was that
those problems no longer existed. (
