Actually I did run update.php on all wikis, but some of the extensions has
bugs on PostgreSQL configurations.
Last time Geoffrey told me there was a bug that a page cannot be deleted, I
tool an inspection and found out that AbuseFilter doesn't add a new column
in PostgreSQL database when running update.php. It was fixed days ago.
I will check what happens to CheckUser and try running update.php on all
wikis (by script) again.
