Hi southparkfan223, I checked CheckUser schema updates, and I guess it won't affect the correctness since the difference between PostgreSQL and MySQL update hook is about database indexing.
Could you reproduce the problem you have and tell me exactly what you did? I can catch what happens and fix the problem accordingly.
