Real life stuff has keep me away from LXQt.

I propose the following:
1) Leave the base libraryes as they are now (co-installable). All the
other stuff stays non-coinstallable.
2) If possible, use different config file names for the for the Qt4
and Qt5 versions.
3)  Fix the translation issue.
4) Release.
