I presume this is like the 'Intelligent' hiding mode in Xfce 4.12?

I did try it out briefly in a Manjaro Xfce 4.12 Live ISO, but I'm not
saying I'm for this feature.  Maybe I didn't use it enough (like more than
10min...).  I'd prefer to keep the LXDE (& LXQt) Panel hiding simple.  That
said, I guess I'm not that much against it either.  :)
