Sorry, it's me to blame.

Actually in recent years I don't have much will to continue maintaining the
systems.  I was considering handing the forums and wiki off to other
maintainers.  I was trying to hand it over to Alf Gaida but he seems to
have been unresponsive since around 2 years ago.

Currently it's running on legacy systems of phpBB, MediaWiki and Wordpress,
which was on my Linode account since 6 years ago, and are somehow difficult
to maintain continuously, and in the lack of human resources I hope these
can be migrated to a hosted system, instead of closing it down.

One of the ways I am thinking is to freeze the contents of the website, and
move things onto GitHub and use their Wiki and Discussions features up
there.  While this cannot stop spamming, we can reduce the resources needed
to maintain the hosted systems.
