the problem was that several long lines had become broken in transmission.

i didn't understand the `jgawk' line: why do you have two?
without that line, the program worked as advertised,
but the results aren't as good as using TZ's latest t2tgrnest directly,
which can be combined with `p' as i describe from LHFB.

anyway, gawk functions look a lot like C to me:
where's the difficulty in incorporating that code in Lynx,
within the kind of treatment paralleling frames which i have suggested?
