currently 20 (after splitting out Proxy section).
To my taste, a list of sections should belong to one screen page
and each section should nearly fit into one screen page or less
(the logical grouping is more important here than a number of options).

Anyway, it is definitely better than unorganized flat 130K lynx.cfg file
(and it continue to grouth).
