This is too much of a hassle for semi-advanced users. Like in ``you
have to learn your way through lyxrc to get rid of the popup''. That's
too obnoxious.

There is a fact we have to face: people will not be able to use LyX
without reading at least a bit of doc. Directing them to the tutorial
seems to be a good idea. Of course, a Top10 document could be nice
too.
