OK, if we start to include Jabref and LaTeX2RTF, where do we stop?
How about htlatex? How about AcrobatReader? Or the LyX grammar checker? Ah,
in that case we need Perl as well... Well, we could produce a VMware image
that includes a complete Linux environment.
Let's concentrate on LyX!

Well, since LyX cannot export to RTF natively (yet), using LaTeX2RTF would
be a temporary solution. See http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2531
A bibtex data base editor has requested in bugzilla (not by me) , and i
think it is a good idea to include one. See
