Here it is. As I wrote already, the screen was redrawn every time the cursor was moved up or down. But this is only needed if bv().checkDepm (...) does some work. Now the behavior is as in beta 3 again.

You are right. I guess there is a redraw problem that a bigger redraw is issued on cursor down. Beta3 is much fast with this. Will look into this now.

In principle there should be no redraw at all for simple cursor moving; except in mathed where the background is redrawn because of the pink corners.

Yes, yes. I know. I just oversimplified the logic there. Have a patch in a few minutes.
