when i look on my raw message in mailbox i see : --BXVAT5kNtrzKuDFl Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="n.patch" ...... with corresponding Content-Type boundary in header. so its not inlined. i took the survey with the results that gmane and mail-list doesnt identify that while marc does. i will reread the thread from links above. pavel
