LyX crash

[Angus Leeming]

Using current CVS with all new whistles compiled,  I can crash LyX by loading
up the Help->TOC document. Anyone else see this? Specifically, if you have
current CVS without NEW_INSETS, NEW_TABULAR defined and can/can't crash LyX
please tell!

This document loads fine with CVS of 19 July.
