Yes, it happened recently, i.e. all was fine until the last cvs update.
For example, I expect C-z to execute "undo", and C-<return> to insert a
hard linebreak (which starts really magic things when used in the new
tabular inset :o) . I didn´t test all C-something bindings, but these at
least aint working anymore.
I did a complete new checkout in addition to the cvs update, compiled
it, and the problm was still there. Since you say you can´t reproduce
it, I have definitely to blame my installation :-). I have no clue yet,
but will keep on trying :-)
