That is not enough, you have also remove the object files.
The complete list (in the build-dir) is (linux, but windows should be simmilar)
src/frontends/qt4/Resources.qrc
src/frontends/qt4/qrc_Resources.cpp
src/frontends/qt4/CMakeFiles/frontend_qt.dir/qrc_Resources.cpp.o
and than reconfigure.
