On the other hand no one sane would use it for GUI development, it's more for server/clusters deployment. So we shouldn't really strive to support it.
Whether it makes sense to support Ubuntu 12.04 I am not sure, if I am the only one using it, might not be worth effort given how little I contribute these days anyway. Pavel
