On my machine, LyX is refused to run regardless of whether it is
installed from Homebrew or directly downloaded from lyx.org <http://
lyx.org>. It is run on Tahoe 26.1 so some other factor different from OS
version. It was running fine until I reinstall it for testing.
Since Homebrew expresses a future halt of support, this problem needs to
be removed.
If I understand correctly, the only way out is to pay Apple to have an
official nod. I am surprised though that Homebrew, source of free
sofware, would accept that.
