Well the real problems are the compatibility read (and the need for it!)
If people want to have a LaTeX paragraph layout why can't they have it?
I don't understand your opinion here, but maybe we're both thinking in
different direction. I don't say we could use InsetERT everywhere (and
should promote it's use) but why can't we have the layout too? I know
your arguments don't tell'em again, I do not agree with you here, that's
all!
I also posted a question yesterday and did not get any answer! We NEED
freespacing mode in InsetERT (and maybe we could need it in other insets
too InsetNote comes in my mind for this!) Can I start introducing this
on LyXText basis?
One more thing. We need a check-function before Pasting text in any
region of LyX! Do you have an idea where to put such a function?
