So it makes sense to keep the old latex stuff untouched (no conversion)
but ERT insets are offered as the _only_ way for new documents! In
addition, in the NEWS file, LyX may draw attention to the fact that the
latex stuff will only be supported for, say, the next 1 or 2 releases.
