Hmm collapsable insets seem to work OK now. But "button insets" like
label and index entry and URL (CommandInset derived) don't respond to
clicking. And I cannot insert them anymore :-( 

I'm getting ### NOT DISPATCHED BY Cursor::dispatch() ### ... and no
inset.
