Hi and welcome

The simple answer is that you need to install the ecrm fonts. These are 
supplied as part of LaTeX with the texlive distribution of LaTeX but it is 
possible you are using a different distribution that does not include them.

If you have the ecrm fonts installed, go to Tools>Reconfigure.

If not, you can download them from http://www.ctan.org/tex-
archive/fonts/ec/src/ and add them to your system.

How you do that will depend on the LaTeX distribution you are using; so if you 
are not sure about that, you may need to post a further message giving details 
of your distribution.

Once you have installed them, you need to go to Tools>Reconfigure to let LyX 
know they are there.
