Many tanks. I have comitted the version with the warning because with recent versions of powerdot
the preamble code will be unnecessary and could cause other problems with future versions of
powerdot and/or enumitem.
BTW, CTAN distributes from
/macros/latex/contrib/powerdot/lyx
old versions of powerdot-example.lyx and powerdot.layout
Maybe these should be updated ?
This is beyond our influence. These versions were put to CTAN by a powerdot developer before we
supported powerdot properly. I don't know its status. Could you please inform the powerdot
developers that LyX supports powerdot natively since several years now and LyX layout files on CTAN
are beyond our influence and bugs in them can and will not be fixed by the LyX developers, only the
layout and example files that are distributed together with LyX.
