Hi John,

This is a great article! I think it would a nice addition if you
posted it to the wiki. A suitable place seems like:

under "External documentation"
(don't mind the strange errors at the top of this page)

or
http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/Tutorials

Note that upload to the wiki is currently broken so you would need to
put links to your files there.

Posting your .lyx file there would be nice also.
Of course the above is only if you are able and willing to post these files.

I see that you have your email address as the link in your name. If
you would like comments and plan on maintaining the files, you could
make a more explicit "please send comments/typos to <youremail>" and
put that in your pdf or a LyX note if you post the .lyx file. But no
need to change the files just to add that. Everything is fine as is.
