Thank you for your kind words. I did put an earlier version of the PDF on the Wiki but have been unexpectedly busy in the past year and unable to get back to looking at the documentation properly. If you could do me the favour of just adding the link to the Wiki (and removing the older version - which I think was uploaded - if it is still there), that would be greatly appreciated. I hope to get chance to spend some more time on the LyX documentation before Christmas. I take the point about clarifying that the email address is for comments. It is! John --
