Hi --
I've noticed some strange behavior in LyX: certain paragraphs have a
word sticking out into the right margin, as if the line-wrapping didn't
work correctly. To reproduce this, type the following (not including the
quotes) into a blank document:
"Secondary-structure graphics are used to present research results,
communicate research hypotheses, and teach molecular biology. In
addition, we have shown previously that secondary structures provide
powerful user interface metaphors for information systems designed for
molecular biologists. What's going on with the crazy line-wrapping?"
When I do view postscript, the word "metaphor" hangs out into the right
margin!
Any suggestions? Does LyX not like my prose? :-)
