Hi Michael,
I don't understand. I just mentioned that after running texhash it is
useful to run Tools > Reconfigure. You told Martha to run Tools >
Reconfigure earlier in the thread, but it was not in the context of
texhash. Thus I was worried that she would try your suggestion of
Tools > Reconfigure, then try Steve's suggestion of texhash and stop there.
I just wanted to make sure that she knew that after Steve's suggestion she
should try your suggestion again (I don't think this was obvious).
Did I misunderstand something?

No Scott, I have no idea how this got mixed up especially when the list
shows clearly that Marta was the person who asked for help and I was
just the first to answer.
Let's forget why and how and that somebody will eventually help her.
