write commands like

\usepackage[linkcolor=blue,%
bookmarks,bookmarksopen=true,pageanchor,%
pdftitle={Moje Klopoty},pdfauthor={Bruno},colorlinks=true,%

but this is not the error. preamble is okay, send the lyx-file
