Antialised fonts?

Is there anyway to use antialiased in the current version of lyx?

I found an old mail about a patch to support this (http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@;lists.lyx.org/msg24904.html), but I haven't found any information about wether the ability made it into the code. :(

So, is there anyway to get high-quality antialiased fonts working with lyx?
