I am not sure what's wrong. Lyx1.3 for Cygwin ignores the option "do not display" in the figure dialog and preference. It always trys to convert the figure and load it.
Sometimes it stops at "loaded into memory, must now generate pixmap", sometimes it says "error loading...". All these are accompanied with lots disk spinning noise. Is there a way to REALLY turn off the image loading? Thanks. Max
