Compilation error under OS X (lyx 1.2.3)

I'm trying to compile lyx 1.2.3 under OS X with the qt2 frontend, and am
getting the following error well into the compile:

make[6]: *** No rule to make target `QAboutDialogBase.C', needed by
`QAboutDialogBase.lo'.  Stop.

Help?
