These are old internal commands that have been superseded by
'tabular-feature *' in recent LyX. You seem to have a copy of the
default.ui file in your local .lyx directory.

This is ok (in fact that's the way to go if you want to modify the menu
structure yourself), but it won't get updated there if you update LyX.

If you haven't changed anything, simply removing that file should be ok,
if you have, playing aroud with 'diff' and 'patch' should help.
