It is precisely because we constantly use such subjective terms (minimal,
too big, extra bloat) in every part of our lives that I'm writing my book,
"Quantifying Environmental Impact Assessments Using Fuzzy Logic". If you
think there's mis-understanding and potential for ill-will here, try
permitting a major metal mine. :-)
