Thanks Kevin,
I saw that. It's too bad Peter Wilson didn't include more. I REALLY could have
used some more of the tocloft variables, especially \cftbeforetoctitleskip.
Anyway, I finally decided to make the printing nice and big and let the table
of contents be two pages. That second page would have been blank anyway :-)
