Try searching the wiki for keyboard shortcuts.
That was the place I started :) looked up the cheat sheet for my
keyboard binding (CUA on http://wiki.lyx.org/Tools/LyxBindings) and
couldn't spot any to do this. I saw this file included menus.bind
which then contained shortcuts to do it, that I couldn't get to work
(see below).
Incidentally, in the bindings, C = Ctrl, S = Shift and M is ?? I've
tried random keys such as Alt and not found one that works!
