Some of the things in LinguistLyx don't seem to work (http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/LinguistLyX)
IPA preview (but ERT works fine) With Qtree, the lines aren't drawn in, but show up if you do a ps2pdf run. Am I doing something wrong?
